Chocolate Works wants to ensure our customer satisfaction with our delicious chocolates every time. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service at 516-868-8070 or email us at Returns@chocolateworks.com within 30 days of receipt for prompt replacement, refund or exchange.

Please note we do not take returns on custom orders or custom ribbon. If your custom order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately at 516-868-8070 or email us at Orders@chocolateworks.com, and we will correct any issues.
